About me and my practice
I offer a non-judgmental space for you to explore yourself and bring clarity and perspective to the dilemmas you would like to work on.
I have experience working with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:
Trauma-related issues, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, feeling down, self-criticism, negative self-talk and low self-confidence, body image and self-acceptance, boundary setting, family Issues, life transitions and changes, identity and self-exploration, grief and loss, spiritual inquiry and existential concerns.
My Approach:
My approach empowers you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and desires, fostering self-awareness, inner healing, and personal growth.
I recognise that one size does not fit all where therapy is concerned and I will tailor therapy techniques to suit your specific needs, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. You are a human being after all, not just a number or a name on a piece of paper, and I hope that you find the space I provide a space where you are able to decompress and make sense of things in order to make the changes you want.
If this sounds good to you then please feel free to reach out.
